Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 5PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free Shipping: For orders above $100.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment status.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States and internationally.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. Please allow extra time for deliveries during holidays.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Some products, like drones and accessories with safety seals, are only eligible for return if unopened.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• If the product is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges
